We always ensure to provide you with the best quality product. However, if you do not like our product, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it on the following address. Please note that shipping fee is non refundable.

Please ensure that the product is unused, not torn or manhandled due to human error. We will not accept products which are filthy, used, torn or in bad condition.
If you do not like our quality and want to return your order within 7 days, we will ask you no questions and happily refund your payment. Pre Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed only.
All customised orders must be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed post which no refund/exchange/cancellation is available.
All Sales are final and the products bought during the sale period are non returnable. We do not offer Cash Refunds, cancellations or exchange on sale items.
Any product bought with the use of a discount code is only valid for exchange or store credit. We don’t offer cash refund for the same.
DAMAGES
Luho Silk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
